The H Factor collects the information you submit through our inquiry forms — your name, business name, contact details, property information and financing or deployment criteria — in order to review your request and contact you about it.

Your information is stored in our secure client records system and is accessible only to authorized staff. We do not sell your information. We do not share borrower, lender or property information with third parties without your documented authorization and a manual review by our team.

You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by replying to any message from us or by contacting our office.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank account credentials, credit reports, or identity documents through the public forms on this site. If documents are required at a later stage, our team will tell you how to provide them securely.

We keep inquiry, client and consent records for as long as our professional, contractual and record-keeping obligations require, and we remove or anonymise them afterwards. Marketing consent is recorded separately and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your inquiry.

This application stores information in the United States. Where a service provider is used to deliver email or to host documents, that provider's own privacy terms also apply.

The H Factor does not verify the credentials, licensing or standing of capital providers, and does not determine whether any particular financing arrangement is suitable or lawful for your circumstances.
